We’re large enough to handle multi-million unit print jobs but still care about your 200 leaflets.

Litho Printing

When it comes to high-volume, high-quality print, our lithographic printers are second to none. Our large format printers can print on substrates of up to 1300 x 1850mm. We have three litho printers in house that print 4, 5, and 10-colours, and all are off-line colour controlled to align with ISO 12647 standards. You can ensure your print and colour will be on-brand every time.

Litho printing can be used for a variety of long-run print jobs, including but not limited to FSDUs, large posters, books and magazines, and branded packaging.

Digital Printing

KEP houses five digital printers both large and small to help our customers make an immediate and lasting impact. Our AGFA Jeti 3020 Titan prints up to 3000 x 2000mm on any substrate including vinyl, canvas, fabrics, foam and corrugated board, tile, glass, and wood. For smaller substrates, we use the HP Indigo, a photo-quality machine with spot-colour capabilities on a variety of materials.

Digital printing can be used to personalise print for targeted promotional campaigns. We can tackle short print runs with ease and we use our digital printers to provide samples and one-offs on demand. Your imagination is the limit with digital print, as we can print on virtually any material.

Screen Printing

The biggest benefit to screen printing is the striking and vivid impact it creates. The inks are durable and come in a variety of colours and effects, perfect for outdoor usage and dramatic visual impressions. Screen printing is the best method for special effects and finishes, and you can trust that KEP’s years of experience will be used to guide you through the screen printing process.

Screen printing can be used for long or short runs with special effects, such as UV gloss and matt, florescent inks, glitter and metallic inks, and magnetic backing on a variety of substrates.
